United Cooperative Services launched a new payment service that offers members greater flexibility to view and pay their electric and high-speed internet services bill online.

For cyber security reasons, United cannot transfer member Credit Card Draft (autopay) information from the current processor to United’s new credit card processor, InvoiceCloud.

Members will need to re-establish their Credit Card Draft (autopay) after Nov. 1 to ensure their payments will be processed.Here's a quick how-to guide on what members with auto-draft need to do in the new system to keep their accounts running smoothly. Don't worry, it's only eight easy steps!

Setting up auto-pay  1.	Log onto your online account 2.	Select Payment Methods. Located on the left-hand side of the screen under Payments.

3.	Select Add New Credit/Debit Card or Add New Bank4.	Enter your credit card or bank information.5.	Select Default and Save Credit/Debit Card Information6.	Select Auto Pay, New AutoPay setup.7.	Choose payment method type, select Yes, put me on AutoPay. By enabling AutoPay, I agree to the Invoice Cloud Payer Terms and Conditions.8.	Select Save this AutoPay Setup
