GOOD COMMUNICATION IS KEY
Our goal is to keep our members informed throughout the vegetation management process. As such, United will make every attempt to notify members of scheduled vegetation management work.
In emergency situations or unplanned outages, the cooperative is unable to give prior notice.
During normal vegetation maintenance, members may receive a recorded voicemail message when it is scheduled for their area and work is ready to begin.
United and its contracted arborists will inspect rights-of-way and identify necessary trimming and/or removals. Efforts will be made to contact members before any work starts. If a member can’t be reached after two attempts, a notice will be left on the door with additional information and work will proceed.
Each tree crew has a designated contact person on-site to discuss any issues.
