Clifton Hall

Clifton Hall looks forward to the opportunity to serve and represent the membership of not only District 4 but of the Cooperative alongside fellow directors. Hall is a landscape architect, licensed to practice in both Texas and Oklahoma. He and his wife are owners of a consulting firm, which started in 2017. As a small business owner, he has become well versed over his career in both public and private sector projects to serve clients across a variety of industries, including real estate, military, transportation, government, and hospitality. He is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University, earning his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) in 2007. On a trip back to Lubbock in 2015 to guest lecture at the university, he was introduced to his now wife of 6 years, Lara. The couple has three growing kids and recently became members of United two years ago when they settled in the Grandview area. Hall brings over a decade of experience serving on a variety of boards and welcomes the opportunity to serve in this capacity.
