United’s High-Speed Internet Score Outperforms Industry at 94; Co-op Also Scores Well Above
Publicly Reported ACSI® Energy Utility Industry Average for Customer Satisfaction.
United Cooperative Services completed its quarterly member-wide customer satisfaction survey among high-speed internet members in which members were asked to share their perspectives on service and value.
The member responses were sent to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®), a company that measures customer satisfaction across multiple industries throughout the entire United States. For the first quarter of 2025, United received an ACSI score of 94 from its members on a 100-point scale.* United’s score is higher when compared to 2024 Fiber Internet Service Provider scores/Non-fiber Internet Service Provider scores reported in the syndicated 2024 ACSI Telecommunications Study and places United Cooperative Services 18 points higher than the average Fiber Internet Service Provider of 76, as well as 26 points higher than the average Non-fiber Internet Service Provider score, per the industry ratings in the 2024 ACSI Telecommunications Study. The member responses were collected by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®), a company that measures customer satisfaction across multiple industries throughout the entire United States. For the fourth quarter of 2024, United received an ACSI score of 86, on a 100-point scale.* United’s score is higher when compared to publicly measured investor-owned utility scores of 74, cooperative utility scores of 76 and municipal utility scores of 75, which was reported in the syndicated 2025 ACSI Energy Utility Study.
